Returns
We offer returns for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to initiate a return. -
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. Non-returnable items include custom-made products, sale and flash sale items. -
Documentation Required
To initiate a return or refund for a damaged item, please provide the following:- An unboxing video that clearly shows the condition of the item upon arrival.
- Fake unboxing videos will not be accepted.
- Photographic evidence of the damage, including close-up images.

Submission of Documentation

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you via email. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. -
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact our customer support team. -
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure delivery. -
Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
