Returns and Refunds Policy

  1. Returns
    We offer returns for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to initiate a return.

  2. Eligibility for Return
    To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. Non-returnable items include custom-made products, sale and flash sale items.

  3. Documentation Required
    To initiate a return or refund for a damaged item, please provide the following:

    • An unboxing video that clearly shows the labels, condition of the items upon arrival.
    • Fake unboxing videos will not be accepted. 
    • Photographic evidence of the damage including close-up images.
  4. Submission of Documentation

  5. Refunds
    Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you . If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.Refunds for missing items in parcel will be allowed only if unboxing video is provided.

  6. Ex1changes
    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact our customer support team

  7. Return Shipping Costs
    The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure delivery.

  8. Sale Items (if applicable)
    Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
