Thank you for choosing MiralIndia! We are dedicated to providing reliable and prompt shipping for all orders within India. Please review our policies below:

1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 5-6 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).COD &  Customised orders require extra time. It also depends on the depth of the handworks to be done.For the repeated customers , we will try to dispatch first, that too on first come, first basis.Please provide complete SHIPPING ADDRESS WITH PINCODE.

2. Shipping & Estimated Delivery
For orders within India, once shipped, packages typically arrive within 5 -10 business days( except in less approachable remote areas). Please note that no estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.𝗣𝗥𝗘 𝗣𝗔𝗜𝗗 orders will be dispatched first compared to 𝗖𝗢𝗗 orders.Always share the 𝗢𝗧𝗣 coming in your phone with the concerned/ responsible persons only & make sure that parcel have reached in your destination to avoid fraudulent practices.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are based on package weight, shipping method, and destination. Accurate shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.

4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, we’ll send a confirmation message .(Please allow up to 48 hours for the pick up to be done & for the tracking details to update in whatsapp)

5. Delivery Delays
While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to unforeseen factors such as bad weather or transit delays. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us in +91 9072055304 for assistance.

6. Lost or Damaged packages or in - transit theft of  Packages
We carefully pack each order, but if your package is delayed / not  got /arrives with  damaged item due to issues in delivery, or bad weather, please reach out immediately. Also we request to take an unboxing video of parcel, to prove the fraud manipulations happening from different locations in delivery & transit. So that it will be helpful for us to connect to the delivery team & issue a refund or replace the item.We’ll work with you at the best to resolve the issues. Please bear with us in such situations.

7. Customised, Eco-Friendly, and Handcrafted Items

  • For customized/low stock items such as coconut shell products, metal products, and Indian art, midern art hand-painted mirrors, an additional curing & processing time is required. These products are crafted using eco-friendly raw materials and natural drying processes, without chemical treatments. As some items are made on order (with a display piece shown online), please allow the following timelines:
    • Processing Time: 6-7 days
    • Dispatch Time: Up to 2 weeks
    • Screenshots of customized forms must be shared via whatsapp.If not, order will be considered as one for the displayed piece itself.
  • Note:- Customized orders will be charged extra
  • Bulk/Corporate Orders: Customized large orders may take between 12-30 days to manufacture based on the item’s complexity, raw material availability, and weather conditions which may impact curing.The dispatch will be "first come first" basis
